CONSIDERING THE RECENT INTERNAL CONFLICTS AND CURRENT DEVELOPMENTS IN ISRAEL AND PALESTINE, TO BE PREPARED FOR POSSIBLE SECURITY THREATS AND TO TAKE THE NECESSARY MEASURES DURING THE TIME THEY ARE IN PORT, IN ORDER TO WARN THESE SHIPS AT AN EARLY STAGE, THE ISPS CODE SECURITY LEVEL OF ISRAELI AND PHILISTINE PORTS AND THE ISPS CODE SECURITY LEVEL OF TURKISH FLAGGED SHIPS SAILING OFF THESE PORTS HAS BEEN INCREASED TO 3 (THREE) AS OF 09 OCTOBER 2023.
